We are a group of electrophysiologists and cell biologists interested in the physiology and pathophysiology of ion channels and network signalling in various tissues like the retina, hippocampus, enteric nervous system and the heart.
In addition we develop novel electrophysiological test systems and biosensors together wit partners in academia and biotechnology.
- Electrophysiology
- patch clamp
- extracellular recordings
- microelectrode array technology
- automation
- cell culturing
- organotypic cultures (retina, brain)
