ThromboGenics raises €77.8M in a private placement

ThromboGenics NV (NYSE Euronext Brussels: THR), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of ocular treatments has announced the closure of a €77.8 million private placement.
The private placement allowed ThromboGenics to place 3,244,675 new shares with domestic and international investors at a price of €24 per share, representing a 3.5% discount on the company’s previous closing price.
