EP publishes views on Horizon 2020

A working document by the Industry, Research and Energy Committee of the EP is now available about the ‘Specific Programme Implementing Horizon 2020’.
Horizon 2020 is the proposed Framework Programme for Research and Innovation from 2014-2020. This Working Document, by MEP Maria Da Graça Carvalho, will form the basis of the EP report on the EC proposal for Horizon 2020 from November 2011.
